Home What we do

Our programs

Programs that help children take root.

Everything we do serves one purpose: making sure a child's hardest chapter leads somewhere good — a safe home, a steady family and a future worth growing toward.

Foster & adoption

What we actually do

Foster care

When a nurturing family decides to foster, we wrap resources around both family and child — training before placement, guidance during it, and a caseworker who answers the phone every time.

Become a foster parent

Foster to adopt

When reunification isn't possible, we help foster families become forever families — walking beside you through every court date until the day your child's last name matches yours.

Family support & training

Fostering is a team sport. We equip families with trauma-informed training, practical coaching and a community of people who understand — before, during and after placement.

Who we serve

Infants to teenagers — and siblings who belong together

Children come into foster care at every age. Teenagers and sibling groups wait the longest for a home, and they're often the ones a steady family changes most.

  • Every age, from infants to 17. You tell us who your family is ready for.
  • Siblings kept together wherever it's possible.
  • Honest matching. We share what we know about a child's needs before you decide.

Credentials

Licensed, credentialed, and accountable

Foster care is regulated work, and it should be. Here's the standard we're held to — and hold ourselves to.

State-licensed agency

We operate as a licensed child-placing agency in Texas, subject to state minimum standards, inspections and ongoing oversight.

Credentialed staff

Our caseworkers and supervisors meet the qualification, training and background-check requirements set for child-placing agency staff — with continuing education every year.

Trauma-informed practice

Every family we verify completes trauma-informed pre-service training, plus CPR and first aid, before a child ever comes home.

Verified homes only

Background checks on every adult in the household, a home safety inspection, and a full home study — no exceptions, no shortcuts.

Texas Child-Centered Care

We are T3C.

T3C — Texas Child-Centered Care — is the state's model for how children in foster care are assessed and served. Instead of sorting children into broad service levels, T3C starts with the individual child: what they've been through, what they need now, and what support will actually help them heal.

Working within that model shapes everything about how we place and support children.

  • The child is assessed, not categorized. Needs are identified individually, so care is matched to the actual child.
  • Placements are made to fit. We match children with families equipped for what that child genuinely needs.
  • Support follows the child. Services are coordinated around their plan of care rather than a fixed tier.
  • Progress is measured. Outcomes are tracked over time — safety, health, education, life skills and vocation.

The five markers

Progress we actually measure

For every child in our care, we track five markers of a flourishing life — because a placement is a beginning, not an outcome.
