Empowering Angels Group exists to break the cycle of abuse — one child, one family, one generation at a time. Compelled by love and determined to give all we can, we help children find the safety they need and the futures they deserve.
Our story
Small enough to know your name. Determined enough to change a generation.
We're a Houston-area foster care and adoption agency headquartered in Missouri City, Texas. We believe humanity starts in the heart of a child — and that when a child is surrounded by safety, encouragement and opportunity, potential knows no bounds.
That belief shapes how we work. Families who foster with us aren't case numbers in a big system; they're partners we train, equip and stand beside. As warriors supporting warriors, we're seeking others to join the call to defeat abuse — not with slogans, but with open homes.
Inspired by faith and compelled by compassion, we measure our work by one thing: children who are safe, healthy, learning and growing toward lives they choose.

Belonging is the whole point
A child who feels safe stops bracing. They start putting their hand up in class, making friends, sleeping through the night — doing the ordinary things a childhood is made of.
That's what a foster family gives: not a program or a placement, but a place where a child can finally relax enough to grow. Everything we do is in service of that one thing.
