Who we are

Empowering Angels Group LLC ("Empowering Angels", "we", "us") is a licensed child-placing agency based at 3634 Glenn Lakes Ln, Suite 195, Missouri City, TX 77459. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, our advertising, and the forms people use to contact us, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you contact us or ask about fostering, adoption or transferring to our agency, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, city, the option you are interested in and anything you write in a message. If you reach us through a form on Google or Meta (Facebook and Instagram), that platform sends us the same details, which may be pre-filled from your account there. If you call us, we may keep a record of the call, including the number you called from and the date and time.

Website analytics and advertising

Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These set cookies and collect information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, your device and browser, and whether you reached our thank-you page after sending a form. We use this to understand how people find us and to measure our advertising. Google may use this information according to its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings.

How we use your information

We use the details you give us only to respond to your enquiry, to talk with you about fostering, adoption or transferring to our agency, and, if you go ahead, to carry out the verification process that Texas law requires. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to our foster care and adoption services.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that run our website and forms, our email, our phone system and our advertising measurement, and only so they can provide those services to us. If you become a verified foster family, information is shared with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and other agencies as the licensing and placement process requires. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your contact details and you are not in the verification process, we will do so.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, to correct your details or to delete them. Call (281) 715-0238 or email empoweringangelstx@gmail.com. Texts from us can be stopped by replying STOP.

Children

Our website and forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
